After 8 years running her own law firm, Emma Stanley is passionate about helping lawyers start their own successful business and established law businesses grow and improve.

Emma is passionate about connecting with people, helping them to solve problems, and make things easy!

After working in various law firms, Emma took a leap of faith in 2014 and set up her own law firm. Through a lot of hard work, determination and natural instinct, the business was a success. 

Throughout her time as a business owner, Emma discovered that she loved helping other business owners solve, create, strategize, innovate, and implement.

She also discovered a natural ability for innovation, problem-solving, implementing systems and automation, building strong customer relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction. 

Emma now works with new law firm owners and established law firm owners (5 or less Directors/Partner) wanting to improve and grow their business.

  • Work with lawyers starting their own business on all aspects of the business, including systems, client relations, customer services, marketing, establishing a niche and all aspects of law practise managements.
  • Work with existing lawyers to grow and improve their business using my own personally developed business foundations and strategy.
  • Work with an existing law firm to develop a marketing strategy and work with them to implement the strategy, including reviewing their website and making improvements.
  • Develop Employee Induction process and Handbook for a law firm.
  • Develop a Health and Wellbeing Strategy for a law firm.
  • Facilitating training sessions with new/young lawyers on discussing money with clients, time – management, managing burn-out and how to run a successful conveyancing file
  • Work with an existing law firm to improve systems, particularly in relation to conveyancing, automation and risk management.
